You can make a payment by clicking on the "Pay" link in the insurance section on the My Account page. The "Pay" link will not display if your policy has been paid in full, or if you are enrolled in automatic payments (AAA Auto Pay). If you prefer to make a payment over the phone, please call our Member Services Center.

New Mexico policyholders can view, save, and print a Proof of Insurance card by clicking on the “View Proof of Insurance Card " link on the My Account homepage or the View Policy Details page. This document is in an Adobe® Acrobat® Portable Document Format (PDF). You can download a free copy of Adobe® Acrobat® Reader directly from the Adobe website.

For your own security, we require that you validate your Date of Birth so you can access your insurance policy information.

You can access and submit your auto insurance questionnaire (IQ) online by doing one of the following:

  1. Log in to My Account and click on the “Submit Your Insurance Questionnaire” link in the auto insurance section.
  2. Go to the Auto Insurance Questionnaire Policy Authentication page. You will be asked to provide your auto policy number and the last 4 digits of your driver license to access and submit your insurance questionnaire.

If you have any issues accessing your auto insurance questionnaire online, or if you have questions related to your insurance questionnaire, please call our Member Services Center for assistance.

Yes. New members can join AAA New Mexico at the Classic, AAA Plus or AAA Premier levels of benefits at any time. Any new or upgraded AAA Plus or AAA Premier membership will become effective at seven (7) calendar days after purchase date if paid in full.

When making an online payment, you will be asked to provide payment information and will then be presented with a confirmation screen and a reference number. We recommend that you print this page for your records. You will also receive an email confirming submission of your online payment. Payments made online normally take two to three business days to process and post to your policy.

Your one-time payment will be made through a secure electronic funds transfer (EFT) and will be automatically deducted from your checking account as early as the next business day. It normally takes two to three business days for your payment to process and post to your policy.

Yes. You can schedule online membership renewal payments to be processed on a future date up to your membership renewal date. Membership renewal payment scheduling is available until the day prior to your renewal date. You can schedule online insurance payments to be processed on a future date up to your installment or renewal due date. Insurance payment scheduling becomes available when an installment or renewal payment is due up to the day prior to the installment or renewal due date.

If you miss a payment or send a payment late, you risk cancellation of your insurance policy. Make sure that the "Minimum Amount Due" is paid by the due date on your bill to avoid late payments or cancellation.

Yes! When making a one-time payment, click the "Save payment information for future transactions" checkbox and submit your one-time payment. Your payment account information will be stored and available to you when selecting your payment method on all future one-time payments. You can also add, edit and remove payment accounts by clicking the "Manage Payment Accounts" link from the membership or policy sections of My Account. Please note: Updating payment information for stored payment accounts will not update your recurring automatic payments. You can update your recurring automatic payments for Membership online. To update your automatic payments for Insurance, please call 1-800-924-6141.

Yes, you will continue to receive insurance statements/bills in the mail as long as there is a balance due.

You may not be able to make an online payment due to your policy status or because of technical difficulties. For assistance, please contact your local AAA branch to make a payment. You may also contact our Member Services Center.

The named insured is the owner(s) of the policy. This is the party(s) who originally signed the insurance application and whose name(s) is listed as the named insured on the insurance policy declaration page. The named insured's spouse, or if applicable registered domestic partner, is considered a named insured if he or she resides in the same household.

For your security and privacy, only the named insureds on the policies have access to view policy details or billing information and make policy payments.

If your policy has cancelled, please contact your local AAA branch or call our Member Services Center.

No, we require separate payments as policies are billed separately.

Enrolling in automatic payments (AAA Auto Pay) authorizes the Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club to withdraw your insurance premiums, finance charges, installment, and other applicable fees from your bank (or other financial institution). To enroll online, first login to My Account. If you do not have a payment due, select the “Sign Up for Automatic Payments” link on the Manage My Account screen and you will be directed to the enrollment page. If you have a payment due, you will be given the option to sign up for automatic payments when you make a one-time payment for your policy. You can either select the “Pay” button or the “Sign Up for Automatic Payments” link to get started. You may also contact your local AAA branch or call our Member Services Center.

You will first need to login to My Account. If you do not have a payment due, select the “Sign Up for Automatic Payments” link on the Manage My Account screen and you will be directed to the enrollment page. If you have a payment due, you will be given the option to sign up for automatic payments when you make a one-time payment for your policy. You can either select the “Pay” button or the “Sign Up for Automatic Payments” link to get started. You may also contact your local AAA branch or call our Member Services Center.

Automatic payments will begin with the first payment billed after the Automatic Enrollment is received and processed.

You may revoke your enrollment at any time by signing and dating a written request and mailing it to: Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club, P.O. Box 25006, Santa Ana, CA 92799-5006. While not required, a revocation form is available for your use upon request. Please contact our Member Services Center.

You may contact your local AAA branch or our Member Services Center at any time if you would like to adjust your payment due date.
